发明名称 HEAT EXCHANGER OF HIGH-SPEED BLEEDER REACTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the vibration resistance and the thermal stress resistance of the titled reactor by disposing a heat exchanger support structure and an internal structure hanging drum for supporting an upper tube plate on a straight line. CONSTITUTION:The support structure 15 of the heat exchanger and an internal structure hanging drum 24 which is a support structure of an upper tube plate 6 are installed on a straight line. Further, by setting an outer drum 1 vertically at the upper and lower parts, the support structure 15 and the conical support structure of the internal structure hanging drum 24 cross the cylindrical structure of the outer drum 1. A primary side high-temperature coolant flows along an annular flowpath portion formed by the outer drum 1 and an outside shroud 21. At an upper plenum 13 formed by the inner structure hanging drum 24 and an upper end plate 20, a secondary side coolant which has assumed a high temperature by the heat exchange flows. The root portion of the internal structure hanging drum 24 of the bonded part comes into contact with both primary side and the secondary side and assumes a sufficiently high temperature as compared with the ordinary temperature. The root portion of the outer drum 1 which is lower than the bonded portion comes into contact with the primary side coolant, the temperature difference between the root portion of the outer drum 1 and that of the internal structure hanging drum 24 is small, and a high thermal stress is not generated.
