The title composition is prepd. by dissolving the compd. (I) [R1, R2 = (halogen atom, alkyl, alkoxy-substituted) cyclohexyl, bicyclohexyl, phenyl and other dyes in liquid crystal. The availability of electro-photo effect of the liquid crystal and the compd. (I) makes it possible to produce a signal. The compd. (I) has high coloring power, remarkable contrast and high durability property. |
