PURPOSE:To increase the speed of response and also arrest the effect of a temperature change by moving a valve through a change in the quantity of a fluid within a space caused by the expansion and contraction of an electromagnetic body. CONSTITUTION:A space 10 changes in volume as a result of the displacement of an electromagnetic body 1 which expands and contracts corresponding to a voltage applied. Following this change, a fluid inflows into or fluxes out of the space 10 through passages 7, 8, and accordingly, the quantity of a fluid which fills up the space 10 varies to increase or decrease. The change in the quantity of a fluid within the space 10 affects a valve 9 and causes the displacement of the valve 9, and accordingly, the circulation area of passage is change by the valve 9. The valve 9 is driven by an electromagnetic body with an extremely high speed of response so that a high-speed driving is obtainable.
