PURPOSE:To cut off the coupling between adjacent resonance units by forming a through hole between the adjacent resonance units of a dielectric block, forming an electrode to the inner wall of the through hole and connecting the electrode to an outer conductor at the open end of the dielectric block. CONSTITUTION:The through hole 22 is formed while being penetrated from one end face 12a of the dielectric block 12 between inner conductors 18a and 18b to the opposite end face. The electrode 24 is formed to the inner wall of the through hole 22 and the electrode 24 is connected to the outer conductor 16 at one end face 12a of the dielectric block 12, i.e., the open end face. Thus, the coupling between the resonator unit comprising the inner conductor 18a and the outer conductor 16 and the resonator unit comprising the inner conductor 18b and the outer conductor 16 is cut off. That is, although static capacitances C1, C2 are formed between the inner conductors 18a and 18b, since the electrode 24 is connected to the outer conductor 16, only the static capacitance C2 contributes to the coupling between the inner conductors 18a and 18b. |
