PURPOSE:To enable to produce a bent pipe industrially and easily, by a method wherein a supply device by parison is specified and blow molding is performed by casting pressurized air onto the top of the parison. CONSTITUTION:When parison 7 is supplied by suspending the same between a front and rear molds 1, 2 which are confronting with each other, a guide tool A having a groove 10 which is provided on a rod 9 in a communicating state with the rod 9 fitted in an air cylinder 8 hauntably and the tip of which is in a shape corresponding to that of the parison is abutted against the parison along an arrow 11 by advancing through the other side of a space between the front and rear molds 1, 2 which are confronting with each other, advanced generously while the same is being molded into a bent pipe shape, the parison 7 is made to suck onto a cavity 3 through connec tion among a small hole 12 provided on the front mold 1, communication hole 13 and vacuum pump when the parison 7 arrives at an approaching position of the cavity of the front mold 1, at the same time along with backward movement of the guide tool A to the outside of both the molds the rear mold 2 is clamped, high-pressure air is blown into parison 16 in the cavity immediately by an air supply pin 15 through the top part 14 of the bent pipe and a molded article of the bent pipe is obtained. |
