摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent any creep from being produced due to a temperature change by subjecting both flat surfaces of a distance piece having a linear expansion coefficient approximately equal to a partner member and a railway surface to tapered engagement, while forming a low melting point coating layer on a fit surface of at least one of said surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Both flat surfaces of an inner race 1 respectively form a tapered surface 51 opening outwardly with respect to a bearing center O, with which tapered surface 11 tapered surfaces 51 of a pair of distance piece 5 are engaged. The fit between the distance piece 5 and a shaft 6 is tight, and for linear expansion coefficients of both the distance piece and the shaft, those substantially equal to each other are selected. The size of an inner diameter of the inner race 1 to the shaft 6 is formed into a size to provide loose fit, and a coating layer 7 comprising low melting point metal and plastic etc., is formed on an inner race 1, whereby said distance piece and said shaft provide tight-fit or loose-fit in assembly thereof. Moreover, the distance piece 5 has therein a groove 52 for permitting the coating layer to flow out.
