PURPOSE:To take measurement excellent in repsonsiveness and reproducibility regardless of the film thickness of a transmission film by impressing the rectangular wave voltage reversing every spedivied period between an indicator electrode and a counter electrode. CONSTITUTION:The titled analyzeris provided with a detection part A of a dissolved oxygen meter, a reactangular wave voltage generating part 10, an electric current detecting 11, a hold circuit 12, and output terminals 13a, 13b, etc. Then, the rectangular voltage generated by the generator 10 is impressed between the indicator electrode and the counter electrode. Further, the detection part 11 detects an electric current flowing between these electrodes.In this way, the reduction and regeneration of oxygen are performed repeatedly in the internal part of the dissolved oxygen meter. Accordingly, the oxygen transmitted through the transmission film is not spent in the oxygen meter and when the electric current is measured in this state, the measurement excellent in the repsonsiveness and reproducibility is performed regardless of the film thickness of the transmission film. |
