PURPOSE:To obtain large damping effect for the vibration even in the right and left or front and rear direction by interposing an elastic body between the flange and the seat part. CONSTITUTION:An elastic body 20 is made of rubber material in the same way as the first and second vibration-proof rubber, or is selected from the other material of an elastic body having an appropriate spring characteristic. In the vibrations transmitted from a road surface and the like via a support panel 14, the vibration in the up and down direction is received by the elastic deformation of the first vibration-proof rubber 15 and the second vibration-proof rubber 16, and the vibration in the right and left or front and rear, namely, in the direction of Q is received by the compressive deformation of the elastic body 20 which is interposed between a seat part 11a and a flange 19, thus enabling to bring damping effect. Accordingly, the action to increase the damping effect of vibration not only in the up and down direction but also in the right and left or front and rear direction becomes significant. |
