PURPOSE:To accurately transfer raw material regardless of the transport condition of raw material by controlling the speed of a tray according to a detection signal for raw material on a transport conveyer, a tray transport speed signal, and raw material arrangement information in an apparatus for transferring molding food raw material for a pizza. CONSTITUTION:Speed information on a tray transport conveyer 5 by a rotary encoder 8 and a detection signal 4 for raw material 1 on a transport conveyer 3 are input to a control device 10. The control device 10 is adapted to control the rotating speed of a driving motor 9 through an output portion with reference to the previously input pitch X of the raw material 1 in a tray 2 and pitch Y between the trays 2, whereby the raw material 1a is precisely placed at a designated position of the tray 2. In this arrangement, even if the transport condition of raw material is not steady, the raw material can be always placed at a normal position.
