The rodent exterminator consists of a fruit or vegetable-based lure in the form of a hollow cylindrical shell (2) contg. a solid core (3) with one or more holes or cavities in it filled with a rodenticide paste. The inner dia. of the cylinder and outer dia. of the core are virtually the same, so that they fit closely together. The holes in the core face in different directions. - The cylinder and core are held together, e.g. by a wire loop threaded through them which enables the lure to be fixed on the desired location. The cylinder cand core may be made from a section of carrot.
