PURPOSE:To greatly increase assembling efficiency by forming a sleeve type fixed core in an integrated form with a casing and caulkingly stopping a valve housing on the opening end of a casing body. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve type fixed iron core 30b is formed in an integrated form with a casing 30. A solenoid coil 3 is provided between a body part 30a and the fixed core 30b. A magnetic ring 32 is provided on the front side of a bobbin 31. A valve housing 9 is caulked and stopped on the opening end part of a body part 30a. A movable iron core 12 is provided on the rear end part of a needle valve 10. And a closed magnetic circuit is formed by the body part 30a, magnetic ring 2, movable iron core 12, and fixed iron core 30b. There by, the needle valve can have an operating property with high accuracy, while greatly improving assembling efficiency.
