PURPOSE:To join the conductive plates of an electron beam flow control electrode and a horizontal deflecting electrode to electrically separate by joining a wire wound on a substrate and a spacer portion which is processed with insulation, and thereafter eliminating the wire in the portion through which an electron beam passes. CONSTITUTION:A wire 33 is wound on a mirror-surface like finished substrate 32 without spaces. And first 36 for adhering is applied to the crosspiece 35 of the spacer 34, of which surface is insulated. Next, the joining of the wire 33 and the spacer 34 through the frit 36 is carried out. After the completion of the joining, the wire 33 is cut at the outside of the spacer 34 and the wire in the portion through which an electron beam passes is eliminated from the spacer 34. Whereby, the space between respective wires is electrically separated. As a result, it is possible to join and fix the conductive plates of an electron beam flow control electrode and a horizontal deflecting electrode with good accuracy to electrically separate. |
