CONSTITUTION:An enhancer of organism effect for destroying agent, which contains an esterase such as lipase, cutinase, etc. derived from pathogenic bacteria of plant, is formed, and it is applied to stems and leaves of plants or insects before a destroying agent such as sumithion, etc. is used or when the destroying agent is used, to destroy organisms. The concentration of an aqueous solution of the esterase is >=0.1ppm, and a period to carry out successively application is sufficiently >=6hr later. EFFECT:The esterase decomposes wax on the leaf surface in the case of plant, and wax on the epidermis, wax structure is destroyed, the destroying agent is increasingly permeated, scattering of the destroying agent caused by change in the external world such as rainfall, etc., is prevented, and controlling effect is raised.
