PURPOSE:To eliminate the breaking of a lead wire and to facilitate gold wire fitting work by soldering lead wires at the wind start and end of a coil to the gold thread wire after the center part of the gold thread wire is cut. CONSTITUTION:The wind start lead wire 3 and wind end lead wire 4 of the coil are made not to contact with the gold thread wire 5 even above and below the gold thread wire 5. In such a state, the center part 8 of the gold thread wire 5 is cut with a cutter 9 and there is no influence exerted upon the lead wires 3 and 4 even if the gold thread wires 5a and 5b are moved as shown by arrows 12 and 13 owing to the thickness 11 of the cutter 9. Then, the lead wires 3 and 4 are wound around the gold thread wires 5a and 5b and soldered and excessive parts 19 and 20 of the lead wires are cut away. |
