PURPOSE:To speed up the build-up of heating operation, by selecting a damper in a bypass passage, bypassing a heater core, to a position where the bypass passage is closed at a time when cooling water temperature is below the setting value at engine starting, and to a position where an outlet of the heater core is closed when it is more than the setting value, respectively. CONSTITUTION:An air-conditioning duct part A is made up of installing a blower 19, a heat exchanger 5 at the room inside of a heat pump cycle, a heater core 10 making cooling hot water for an engine a feed power source, and an air-mix damper 11 in an air-conditioning dust housing 26 in order from the upstream side. At the abovementioned, a bypass ventilation flue 12 is installed as bypassing a ventilation flue inside the duct housing 26 where the heat core is set up, while there is provided with a bypass passage damper 13 fulfilling a role that closes this ventilation flue 12 or close an outlet of the heater core 10. And, this damper 13 closes the outlet of the heater core when cooling water temperature is below the setting value, and in time of more than the setting value, it is controlled by a control device C so as to have the bypass ventilation flue 12 closed. |
