PURPOSE:To fix a head core part in an accurate position in case of assembling by interposing a shape memory alloy between a core assembly of a magnetic head, where the core assembly is stored in a case by resin mold, and a detaining part on the inside wall of the case. CONSTITUTION:With respect to the magnetic head, shape memory alloys 71 and 75 are interposed between side end faces 351 and 361 placed in one side of a core assembly 10 and the side end face of a head core 2 when the head core 2 of the head assembly 10 is inserted to the space between side end faces 311, 351, 321, and 361 facing each other of detaining parts 310, 350, 320, and 360 on the inside wall of a case 100 which are formed to projecting shapes in case that the core assembly 10 is stored in the case 100. Normally, these two shape memory alloys 71 and 75 are arranged between both detaining parts 350 and 360, which are parallel with each other and are placed in one side of the core assembly 10, and the core assembly 10.
