METHOD FOR FORMING AND DEGREASING MOLDED BODY OF POWDER OF HEAT RESISTANT MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To simplify an apparatus and to shorten stages by continuously carrying out the hydrostatic press forming and degreasing of a molded body of a mixture of powder of a heat resistant material with a binder in one vessel. CONSTITUTION:Powder of a heat resistant material is mixed with a binder and premolded. The whole surface of the molded body is coated with a substance which can be removed by heating or evacuation. The coated molded body is subjected to hydrostatic press forming under high pressure in an actoclave, and then it is brought into contact with a supercritical fluid or a fluid liquefied by pressurization in the autoclave to leach and remove the binder from the molded body.
