摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce a shock in time of passing transient jogs on a road surface, by having each gas chamber of front-rear-wheel air suspensions interconnected at a time when detecting car level data beyond the specified range at front wheels, while altering a suspension characteristic to a soft mode. CONSTITUTION:In case of a suspension controller for rear wheel of a car provided with each of suspensions S1 and S2 having gas chambers G1 and G2 by a gas spring at both front and rear wheels, there is provided with a judging device M3 which judges on whether car level data obtainable out of the detected value of a front-wheel car level detecting device M2 is beyond the specified range or not. Also, there are provided with a passage M5 interconnecting these suspension gas chambers G1 and G2 for front and rear wheels and a suspension characteristic altering device M7 consisting of an on-off operation device M6 opening or closing this passage M5. And, this on-off operation device M6 is controlled so as to be opened when the car level data is judged to be beyond the specified range by the judging device M3.
