PURPOSE:To reduce the number of installed parts of a channel monitoring device in terms of an electronic exchange having plural channel network processing constitution by informing the hollowed state of other circuit hollow transmitters and receivers. CONSTITUTION:When a channel monitor request is given to a channel network 1 from a processor 3, a circuit hollow memory device 3a selects an idle channel monitoring circuit 2a, which is stored in as the hollowed state in the circuit hollow memory device 3a. Simultaneously a circuit hollow receiver 4 is driven, and such an instruction is reported to other devices 4 that the hollowed state corresponding to a channel monitoring device 2 selected by the processor 3 is closed. Each informed processor 3 recognizes that the channel monitoring circuit 2a cannot be used until it is empty, because the hollowed state of the circuit hollow memory device 3a is closed, and plural processors share one channel monitoring device 2. |
