PURPOSE:To simplify assembling and to eliminate the occurrence of variance of rotation to record and reproduce information with high reliability by pressing a conductive member to connect electrically a recording and reproducing head and a transmission means. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head substrate 1 is positioned on a prescribed position of a rotary cylinder 3 and is fixed by a screw 6, and insulating posts 9 are inserted to though-holes 9a, and connecting pins 10 and 11 are inserted to these holes 9a with elastic conductive members 12 between them. When an insulating fixed plate 14 is stuck to the upper face of the inner peripheral part of the cylinder 3 by screws 15 and 15, pins 11 are pressed against a conductive pattern of the substrate 1 by the elastic force of members 12 to complete electric connection from the substrate 1 to pins 10. Meanwhile, when the cylinder 3 is fixed to a disc 4 by a screw 16, the end parts of pins 10 and the conductive pattern of a repeating printed board 8 are brought into contact with each other by pressing to complete electric connection from the magnetic head to a rotor 5 of a rotary transformer.
