PURPOSE:To easily and certainly wash the interior of a coating solution receiving container, by assembling a washing circuit for performing the washing of a drum coating apparatus after coating work was finished in a coating circuit. CONSTITUTION:A coating apparatus functions on the basis of a drum coating circuit 7. That is, a first valve V1 is opened and the valve ports 1, 2 of a first direction control valve OR1 are communicated to bring a coating solution supply circuit 71 to a continuity state. Next, the valve ports 4, 5 of a second direction control valve OR2 are communicated to bring a solution overflow circuit 72 to a continuity state and a coating solution is applied to a drum. After coating work was finished, the first valve V1 is closed and the valve ports 2, 3 of the first direction control valve OR1 are communicated while a second valve V2 is opened and the valve ports 7, 8 of a third direction control valve OR3 are communicated to bring a solvent supply circuit 73 to a continuity state and the washing of a container and each supply line by a solvent is made possible. |
