PURPOSE:To improve the productivity and to improve the yield by inserting a coil, where a coil conductor is provided on a flexible base body as one body through a coil winding hole. CONSTITUTION:A core part 1 of a head is provided with a winding hole 2, and a flexible film 14 with the coil conductor is attached through this winding hole 2, and the winding coil is formed with this film. This film-shaped coil 14 is inserted through the winding hole 2 only once, and bonding pads are bonded by wires in the state where end parts are allowed to face each other, and an input and an output are led out, thereby operating this film 14 as the coil. Thus, through the winding hole 2 has small and narrow space, the productivity and the yield are improved considerably because many turns of the coil conductor in a conventional method is unnecessary and the film 14 is inserted through the winding hole 2 merely to form the similar coil. |
