PURPOSE:To prevent stopping of system function even when the power source at a terminal is cut off by providing a standard pulse generator for synchroniz ing in two or more terminals in plural terminal units and synchronizing forcibly by standard pulse sent out to a line at the beginning. CONSTITUTION:Terminal units 100A-100D are connected mutually through signal lines 12. Reference pulse generators 1 that count clocks of a clock genera tor 11 and generate reference pulse for terminal synchronizing at internals of a fixed time are provided in terminals 100A and 100D. Out of terminals 100A, D, reference pulse sent out to a line 12 by making power source first is received by a waveform shaping circuit 10 of a terminal that made power source later, and a reset signal is sent from a reset signal generator to a sending timing TM circuit 2 and a detection TM circuit 5 to reset the circuits 2, 5. A clear signal is sent from a clear signal generator 8 to the generator 1 to clear it, and synchronized forcibly. When change of condition in each terminal is detected 4, this is sent out to the line 12 through a status signal generating circuit 3. Then, each terminal displays it to a discrimination displaying circuit 6.
