PURPOSE:To coat a releasing agent on the cavity surface of dies even without using an automatic sprayer by installing freely movably in and out movable pins and forming injection ports for the releasing agent to the tips of the movable pins. CONSTITUTION:The inside of each movable pin 5 is formed to a hollow shape and a hose for supplying the releasing agent connected to an injection pump is connected to the passage 7. The injection port 6 for the releasing agent is opened and formed to the circumferential side face at the tip 5a of the pin 5 so as to communicate with the passage 7 and the injection direction thereof is adequately set according to the shape of the cavity 3. The parting material is thus surely and thoroughly coated even if there is a narrow and deep recess on the cavity surface. |
