PURPOSE:To accurately correlate an inputted erasion designated area with an actually erased area, by providing a Y-axis scale having an eraser which sets the erasing width of each luminous element at a prescribed value Dp and divided with division lines into unit lengths, with the unit length being set at the prescribed value Dp, and correlating each of the inter-line areas to each of the luminous elements. CONSTITUTION:Plural luminous elements are arrayed at regular intervals in Y- directional intersecting the moving direction X of a photosensitive body at right angles under a condition where the luminous elements are faced to the photosensitive body and an eraser which sets the erasing width of each luminous element at a prescribed value Dp. Then a Y-axis scale which is referred when the Y-coordinate of a predetermined erasing area of an original, is constituted in such a way that its division lines are provided at every unit lengths with the dividing unit being set at the prescribed value Dp and each of the inter-line areas is correlated to each of the luminous elements of the eraser. When such arrangement is made, area inputting data on the basis of the values of the Y-axis scale corresponds to the luminous element No. of the eraser as it is and a designated area can be correlated accurately with an actually erased or extracted area. |
