PURPOSE:To facilitate fine adjusting of current-displacement characteristic even after assembling while to improve the positioning accuracy of armature by providing means for regulating the current to be fed to the electromagnetic coil of respective electromagnetic device. CONSTITUTION:The electrode coils 5c, 6c of respective electrode device 5, 6 are connected in parallel with a current source while a variable resistor VR1 is connected to the connecting section of said coils 5c, 6c and the movable terminal of said resistor VR1 is connected to a current source I2. Consequently, the current ratio in said coils 5c, 6c can be varied continuously through regulation of said resistor VR1. Consequently, the characteristic between the displacement of armature 4 and the attraction force of armature driving means can be made linear to match with the non-linear characteristic of the spring 2. |
