PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering in purity, by mounting a buffer device for changing an inputted made-up fresh water amount set signal to slow change, a made-up fresh water amount regulator and an operator. CONSTITUTION:Sea water introduced by a cooling water pump 24 passes through a distillation device 8 as cooling water and a part thereof is discharged to the outside while the remainder is passed through water supply piping 39 to be introduced into the brine sump 14n of a final stage evaporation chamber 4n. Brine mixed with sea water in the brine sump 14n flows through a brine recirculation route 26 and condenses steam rising from below while passes through a distillation device 7 and is preheated itself to enter a brine heater 18 where heated to reach a first stage evaporation chamber 4a through piping 22 to perform flash evaporation. After steam was evaporated, the brine remaining in the brine sump 14a passes brine flow channels 13 between stages to enter an evaporation chamber 4b to perform flash evaporation. |
