PURPOSE:To obtain I/O characteristics prevented from polarity inversion in input and output voltages by connecting a diode between the output terminal of an operational amplifier and its inverted input terminal. CONSTITUTION:An input signal voltage Ei from the input terminal 1 is inputted to the inversional input terminal 3a of the operational amplifier 3. When the voltage Ei is included within the range of Ei<Er (reference voltage), the diode D is connected and the reference voltage Er of a reference power supply 7 appears on the output terminal 6. In the range of Ei>=Er, the diode D is disconnected and the voltage Ei appeares on the output terminal 6 almost as it is. Thus, the I/O characteristics prevented from the polarity inversion are obtained in the input and output terminals. |
