PURPOSE:To improve the removing effect of a generated chip in machining, by inserting two or more linear electrodes into a guide in a movable condition and revolving the electrode on its own axis. CONSTITUTION:Guides 2, 3 support each linear electrode to be opposed to a machined part in a work 4 by driving each driving motor 6z, 6x, 6y, 6v, 6w to be controlled. A machine, supplying a machining pulse from a machining power supply 9 to each opposed machining gap and repeating each independent pulse discharge, performs electric discharge machining. The machine, giving each independent rotation to each linear electrode 1a, 1b, 1c...1n in machining and easily removing a chip in a machined hole and generated gas or the like by a motion rotating the electrode on its own axis, enables stable machining to be advanced. |
