PURPOSE:To prevent a pattern from discoloring and decoloring afterward by incorporating a during agent, pigment and thixotropic agent into an epoxy resin and curing the resin by heating after vacuum defoaming. CONSTITUTION:A paint is prepd. by using the epoxy resin as an essential component and kneading the curing agent and pigment therewith. The paint for forming a decorative sheet 8a is coated at suitable intervals on a frame, then the paint contg. the different pigment and having another color is coated thereon to form a decorative sheet 8b. The paint of a decorative sheet 8c is coated to the remaining space. The paint is vacuum-defoamed to have the smooth and level surface and is then cured by heating to about 50-80 deg.C. The thixotropic agent which acts to prevent sagging and an additive which acts to prevent the sepn. of the colors are slightly added to the paint. For example, a thixotropic agent is used as the thixotropic agent and the additive, etc. are used as the additive. The discoloration and decoloration of the pattern are thus obviated. |
