PURPOSE:To prevent an air cutting noise from occurring in and around a flange bending part, by covering the flange bending of a cooler case, while installing a cover member, rectifying a blower current, in a blower current inflow port of the cooler case. CONSTITUTION:Each of flange parts 11 and 14 is formed in a rear end of a blower case 10 and in a spot around a blower current inflow port 13 of a cooler case 12, and each of these flange parts 11 and 14 is joined together via a seal material. At the abovementioned, in the flange part 14, there is provided with a cover member 17 covering a flange bending part 16. This cover member 17n is attached to the cooler case with a screw 18, while it consists of an l- shaped setting part 19 and a covering part 20 extending circularly from this setting part 19. With this constitution, even if such a part where the flange bending part 16 juts out exists inside a blower current inflow passage 21, the blower current is smoothly made flowable on the covering part 20 after being recitified.
