<p>PURPOSE:To reduce installation cost and running cost, by integrally forming U-shaped through frames along both outer parts of a house in the longitudinal direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:Waste is successively thrown in a waste hole 4 to be accumulated therein and, when said waste was thrown in so as to reach the vicinity of the upper edge opening of the waste hole 4, the upper surface of the waste is entirely covered with a waterproof sheet 6 made of rubber and surface soil G is further returned to the hole 4 to cover said waterproof sheet to complete reclamation. At last, a house 1 is disassembled or moved to an other area and U-shaped troughs 10 are formed at the lower parts of both outer side surfaces of the house 1 and rainwater is entirely flowed in the U-shaped troughs to be guided to a culvert.</p> |
