PURPOSE:To form a tool storehouse in a small size and enable carry-in and carry-out driving force to be reduce, by collectively controlling the tool storehouse, tool carry-in and carry-out device, tool assembly and disassembly device and a machine tool by a central controller. CONSTITUTION:A tool storehouse 26 stores the module of a modular tool A, constituted by connecting plural modules being enabled to be assembled and disassembled, to a predetermined position. A tool assembly and disassembly device 30 performs delivery and acceptance of the module for the tool storehouse 26 while assembly and disassembly of the modular tool A. An automatic tool exchanger 33 both mounts the modular tool A, assembled by the tool assembly and disassembly device 30, to a machine tool 21 and removes the modular tool A after use from the machine tool 21 to be delivered to the tool assembly and disassembly device 30. A central controller collectively controls the tool storehouse 26, assembly and disassembly device 30 and the machine tool 21. |
