PURPOSE:To avert the trouble relating with dilution and to obtain an exact measured value by measuring physicochemically a specimen then diluting the same with a diluting liquid and sending the liquid to an analyzing line. CONSTITUTION:The specimen subjected to measurement by making the non- destructive physicochemical measurement prior to the dilution of the specimen can be subjected again to the other analysis by diluting the same after measurement. More specifically, the multi-term analysis is made possible after, for example, the analysis of an electrolyte, oxygen analysis, hydrogen peroxide analysis, pH measurement, analysis with an org. compd. or the measurement of the information in serum such as jaundice, hemolysis or chyluria are carried out by such non-destructive physicochemical measurement.
