PREPARATION:For example, 9a-O-demethylmitomycin C shown by the formula III is reacted with dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal, and reacted with trichloroacetyl isocyanate, to give a compound shown by the formula IV. Then this compound is subjected to solvolysis, to give a compound shown by the formula I.
