发明名称 CONTROLLING SYSTEM OF INJECTION MOLDER
摘要 PURPOSE:To fully produce the effect of the generation of high pressure mold clamping force and at the same time prevent the mold clamping mechanism and mold of an injection molder from being damaged by a method wherein the generation of the high pressure mold clamping force is controlled in accordance with the procedure of mold closing action in the injection molder equipped with the mold clamping mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, when the controlling of the titled injection molder is started based upon the mold clamping starting instruction, a mold clamping low pressure solenoid SOL1, is turned ON so as to control a mold clamping main pressure (oil pressure) at low pressure level. Secondly, a mold closing solenoid SOL2 of a corresponding mold clamping mechanism in accordance with the set mold closing procedure is turned ON so as to perform the mold closing action. Thirdly, just after the completion of mold closing in two directions opposite to each other, the mold clamping low pressure solenoid SOL1 is turned OFF so as to release the controlling at low pressure level. Fourthly, the main pressure is changed-over to high pressure so as to seal the oil under high pressure in a mold clamping cylinder CYL in order to generate the mold clamping force. Fifthly, the mold clamping low pressure solenoid SOL1 is turned ON again so as to control the mold clamping main pressure at low pressure level in order to continue the following mold clamping action. Finally, the high pressure mold clamping in all directions is completed by performing the controlling of the final low pressure release after the final mold closing actin process. After that, the following processes such as the injection of molten resin and the like follow.
