PURPOSE:To automate compensation of teeming weight of molten steel by detecting a time when a molten steel weight in a tundish stays out of an objective range, comparing the time with a set time, and changing sequentially parameters for the teeming weight control based on a difference between those times. CONSTITUTION:A weight detector 24 detecting the total weight of the tundish 20 and a pouring controller for adjusting nozzle opening 25 which sends an opening command signal by obtaining a deviation between a detected weight signal and a set weight signal are installed. The controller 25 measures a time when the total weight of the tundish 20 and a molten steel is out of a dead zone as a pouring weight reduces by reduction of a head of the molten steel in a ladle 21 and changes a set proportional band of a proportion setting means to a smaller proportional band in order. This method compensates reduction of a molten steel weight into the tundish 20 automatically. |
