The refrigerator has a normal cold compartment and a freezer compartment closed by a door. The thermally insulating housing contains a box-like inner container having a stage with a frame for the opening of the freezer compartment, which also has a plastics inner container and whose outside has fixed to it at least at the bottom rear and cover a vaporiser panel. The inner container (20) of the freezer compartment (13) is fixed as a part already attached to the vaporiser panel to the frame (17) of the freezer compartment (13). The inner container has a flange (21) resting against the frame.
