PURPOSE:To prevent the leak of water to paddy field by a method in which while the dividing cylinder of a diversion frame is inserted into the hole of a U-shaped trench, an elastic joint provided to the outside of the dividing cylinder is closely contacted with the joint trench of the U-shaped trench, and a guide plate with a valve is closely contacted with the inner face of the U-shaped trench. CONSTITUTION:A dividing cylinder 4 is projectionally provided from a dividing hole 3 toward the back direction to a guide plate 2 with a valve plate 1 inserted from the upper end. An elastic joint material 7 is bonded to the peripheral side close to a guide plate 2 of the dividing cylinder 4 to form a division frame 5. While the dividing cylinder 4 is inserted into the hole 9 for the diversion frame in the U-shaped trench 8 and the hole 9' for a footpath 1, the joint material 7 is fitted into the joint trench 10 of the U-shaped trench 8. |
