Safety cassette and its blocking system to be included in bank compartments for the purpose of resisting criminal attacks. The invention relates to a device making it possible to increase the resistance of bank compartments against criminal attacks with maximum efficiency. It consists of a cassette 10 and of a blocking system 11 which is installed in the compartment. The blocking system 11 is held permanently by the scissor mechanism 12 and by the blocking screws 3. The cassette slides on fittings 1 fastened to the sides 2. The lock, fastened to the frontage 4, actuates bolts 5 which are held captive in the fillets 13. If criminals attack the lock by breaking into it, the bolts 5 become detached and are driven into the fillets 13 where they are retained by helical draw springs. <IMAGE>
