PURPOSE:To always clean a sensor, and to execute exactly a replenishment by making a coil spring provided on one end of an auger contact by pressure to the sensor of the lower part of a toner box, turning it together with the auger, and feeding a toner. CONSTITUTION:A drop hole OP is provided on the lower part of a toner box 1, and an auger 3 is provided in a traversing cylinder P. A drop hole TP is provided on the other end of the auger 3, and the auger 3 is turned by a motor 5. A coil spring 4 is connected to the end part of the drop hole OP side of the auger 3, and the auger 3 is turned, rubbing the surface of a toner quantity sensor 2 by the coil spring 4. A toner is fed to a developing part which is not shown in the figure, in accordance with the regular route as indicated with arrows F1, F2 and F3. In this way, blocking of the toner is prevented, the toner quantity is detected exactly, and the toner is replenished exactly. |
