PURPOSE:To make the sliding against the blank of the inner peripheral face better and to increase the formability of blank and the durability of die by forming the inner peripheral face of the opening part of the recessed part of a metal made die main body on the metal forming face integrated with the die main body without covering by the hard urethane material covering the inner face of the recessed part. CONSTITUTION:A blank W is pinched between the die face part 10 of a die main body 1a and blank holder 3 by the descent of a die 1. The blank W is drawn into the recessed part 7 of the die main body 1a with abutting a punch 2 by the succeeding descent. In this case the blank W is extended along the inner peripheral face of the opening part 7a of the recessed part 7 but due to the inner peripheral face being formed by the metal face integrated with the die main body 1a the sliding against the blank W of the inner peripheral face is secured and the drawing formation is performed better. |
