PURPOSE:To reduce a spike current by connecting a capacitor between the base winding end of a base bias circuit of a DC/DC converter and a DC power source end to absorb the base storage charge when a transistor (TR) is turned OFF. CONSTITUTION:A DC power source input is connected at one end with the midpoint of the primary windings L1, L2 of a saturable transformer T, and the other ends of L1, L2 are connected through TRQ1, Q2 are connected through the windings L3, L4 of the transformer T with a base bias circuit 1 to alternately switch the TRQ1, Q2, to rectify and smooth the output of the secondary winding L5 of a transformer 5, thereby outputting a DC. A capacitor C is connected in parallel with the resistor R2 and the diode D of the circuit 1 to absorb the base storage charge when the TRQ1 or TRQ2 is turned OFF. Thus, it can prevent a large spike current or a noise to reduce the rated values of circuit parts. |
