Such a device consists of a support bench, such as a drainage box or the like, over which the wires run, and of a wire guide track located opposite the support bench on the other wire side. This track is formed by an elastically yielding plate, on whose side facing away from the wire members engage which exert a resistance to a deflection of the plate and whose pressure upon the plate is adjustable.
