The combine harvester has a cutting and feeding arrangement for the crop, a threshing arrangement with a grain-separating arrangement, an essentially horizontally arranged screening arrangement disposed pendulously in the longitudinal direction of the combine harvester, and a blower arrangement which is located in front of the screening arrangement, as seen in the direction of travel of the combine harvester. The screening arrangement consists of a number of screening portions which are located parallel and next to one another, as seen in the longitudinal direction of the combine harvester, each screening portion being suspended pendulously about an essentially horizontal axis lying in the longitudinal direction of the combine harvester and extending centrally relative to the screening portion. Each screening portion is assigned an axial blower which is arranged in such a way that its axis of rotation is in coaxial extension of the pendulum axis of each screening portion. <IMAGE>
