PURPOSE:To decrease the number of types of voltage of an external power supply device by providing a voltage conversion unit to each package used to a logical device to convert the voltage necessary for the package. CONSTITUTION:The common voltage is supplied to the package power supply load circuit parts l1-ln of packages K1-Kn from a power supply device E via a package plus voltage supply common line 1 and a package minus voltage supply common line 2. The plus and minus voltages needed by each package are converted into the voltage necessary for each package by means of plus voltage conversion units p1-pn and minus voltage conversion units n1-nn respectively. These converted voltages are supplied the parts l1-ln respectively. |
