The multi-shelled sound-insulating and heat-insulating composite panel comprises at least two flexurally rigid, hard structural panels which, by means of their broad sides in parallel with, and at a distance from, one another, form an interspace in which at least one flexurally pliable soft panel is arranged which is connected to in each case one broadside of a structural panel. In order to achieve a high sound-insulating value of, for example, 39 dBA, the invention provides that the connection between in each case one side of the soft panel and the associated side of the structural panel is formed by punctiform, mutually spaced connecting elements, and that the connecting elements are arranged on the upper side of the soft panel at a distance from the connecting elements on the underside of the soft panel.
