This invention relates to insoles of sports shoes. The insole is made of a mesh material formed with thick plastic fibers. The thickness of the fiber is about 0.5 mm, and these fibers overlap each other. A cushion pad is attached to the proper position of the insole, and this insole is substitutable. The cushion pad is flat and its thickness is 1.5 - 2.0 mm. This insole is sanitary and has improved softness.
