PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor device in which correction of an incident light can be adjusted arbitrarily and easily and which is fabricated easily by sealing an optical path of a photoelectric conversion element with a resin including a coloring matter. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric conversion element 1 is fixed to a lead frame 2 as a substrate and wire bonding 3 is made for the necessary part. Then the sealing using a light transmitting resin 4 including a coloring matter, e.g., C.I. disperse green is done. When the light enters in this device, the light in an infrared zone is absorbed by a coloring matter in the mold resin (light transmitting resin 4) and is cut. The wavelength of the light which is desired to be absorbed and cut can be adjusted easily and widely by changing a kind of the coloring matter and the content of it. |
