PURPOSE:To elevate the reliability, by fastening a pressure sensing section to a housing by sealed insertion thereof without thermally affecting the section. CONSTITUTION:A housing 1 has first and second internal holes 3 and 4. A pressure sensing section 6 is so constructed as to be flush with the inner end of the internal hole 4 when the circumference thereof is inserted into the internal hole 3 and housed into the internal hole 3 and a concave 20 is formed on the side thereof as opposed to a pressure introducing hole 9. On the other hand, a silicon oil 11 is sealed into a seal diaphragm 12 to prevent oxidation or the like of a strain gauge 7 otherwise caused by a fluid to be measured on the pressure. A gauge 7 fixed on a glass base 14 is provided in the oil 11 at the position opposite to the opening of the introduction port 9. Then, a groove 21 is provided in the internal hole 4 of the pressure sensing section 6 and the fitted internal rim of the groove section 21 is pressed in the direction parallel with the fitted surface thereof so that a plastic flow working part 5 of the internal rim thereof is fastened tight to the groove section 21 by plastic flow working. Thus, a higher reliability can be achieved by the fastening of the pressure sensing section 6 by sealed insertion without thermally affecting it. |
